Meet the Coach

Dr. McCarthy is a practicing chiropractor and acupuncturist in Homer Glen, Illinois. Dr. McCarthy specializes in the treatment and training of endurance athletes, utilizing his chiropractic education in conjunction with certifications as a USAT triathlon coach, NSCA Strength and Conditioning specialist and Active Release Technique provider. Dr. McCarthy has been training and competing in triathlon and running events for many years, and has completed distances ranging from sprints to Half Ironmans. He is currently training to complete his first Ironman race at the Wisconsin Ironman in September, 2005.
